How Drift handles age

Basic local gameplay is available without an account. Optional measurement requires the player to select “18 or older” and actively choose a purpose. Under-18s and players selecting “Prefer not to say” are excluded from optional gameplay and sponsor measurement. We do not request an exact birth date or identity document for this choice.

For parents and guardians

The current age choice is self-declared; it is not independent age verification or verifiable parental consent. Drift does not currently offer child accounts, parental-consent profiles, personalised advertising or child marketing segments. Before introducing such features or a child-directed native app release, we must reassess applicable children’s privacy and store requirements.

If you believe a child opted into measurement, use Privacy & data controls on the affected browser to withdraw consent and delete its data. For help, email hello@lakhinacouture.com. Do not send the child’s identity documents, passwords or unnecessary personal details.

Sponsor placements are labelled and may link to an external website with its own terms and privacy practices. A sponsor card can be visible without collecting a measurement event. Parents should supervise external browsing as appropriate.
