About these terms

These terms cover Drift, operated by Lakhina Couture, on the desktop and mobile website and installed web app. Please read them before playing. Questions can be sent to hello@lakhinacouture.com. Optional data processing is governed by the separate privacy notice and consent choices; using the game does not opt you into measurement.

Playing Drift

Drift is a casual falling-block puzzle game. Classic and Zen can be replayed; Daily offers one scored attempt per UTC day on a device. Scores and progress are stored locally unless you separately opt into described measurement. Clearing browser data or changing devices can remove progress. No player account or cloud save is currently provided.

Fair use

Do not attack the service, access another person’s data, impersonate a sponsor, inject malicious content, automate false campaign activity or tamper with reporting. We may restrict abusive access and invalidate manipulated statistics. Report vulnerabilities responsibly rather than accessing unrelated user data.

Sponsors and prizes

Sponsored challenges are clearly labelled. Sponsorship does not change the game’s scoring rules. Drift currently offers no entry fees, betting, cash winnings or guaranteed rewards. A sponsor link does not imply a purchase obligation or a recommendation. Any future promotion with prizes must publish its own eligibility and official rules before launch.

Ownership

Drift’s original artwork, code and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may play and share your own result cards for personal use. These terms do not grant ownership of Drift or third-party brand assets. Third-party marks remain with their respective owners; Drift does not claim affiliation with Tetris or its rights holders.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep Drift working, but availability, loading time, compatibility and preservation of local progress cannot be guaranteed. We may maintain, update or discontinue features. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes mandatory consumer protections or limits your applicable data rights.

Changes, law and disputes

We will update the date and version when these terms materially change. A new optional processing purpose requires an appropriate notice and choice before collection. Indian law applies subject to mandatory protections and competent forums available to you under applicable law. Contact support first if you want help resolving an issue; this does not waive legal remedies.
