Use the built-in controls first

Open Privacy & data controls to view or change purpose choices, withdraw consent, download this browser’s data or delete its active server records and saved local games. For Google player accounts, open Your player to export synced personal bests or delete the account after confirming your Google identity. Browser measurement remains separate; use the affected browser on every device where you opted in.

Contact the privacy team

Email hello@lakhinacouture.com with subject “Drift privacy request” and the request type: access, correction, updating, erasure, grievance or nomination. Describe the issue, relevant approximate date and the browser or app context. Share only what is necessary. Do not send passwords, Aadhaar details, payment information or identity documents in your first message.

We may ask for proportionate information to confirm control of the relevant browser or record. A lost or expired privacy cookie cannot be matched through your email because Drift does not link measurement records to an email address. Inactive measurement records are subject to the published retention period.

Handling and escalation

Our target is to acknowledge a request within 7 days and respond within 30 days, subject to verification and applicable legal requirements. If you do not receive a response or disagree with it, reply with “Escalation – Drift privacy grievance” and the date of your original request. Applicable statutory rights and remedies remain available. Where the relevant DPDP provisions and complaint mechanism apply, you may approach the Data Protection Board after using the available grievance process, as required by law.

Nomination

You may ask how to nominate another person to exercise applicable data rights in the event of death or incapacity. A nomination or representative request is assessed through the privacy contact; clicking a link on this page does not itself register or verify a legal nomination.
